About The Position

The Sustainability Reporting Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company’s sustainability reporting and disclosure efforts. This position assists with collecting, analyzing, and reporting ESG (environmental, social and governance) data to ensure transparency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with globally recognized sustainability frameworks. As global sustainability disclosure requirements evolve, this role contributes to maintaining accurate, auditable reporting processes and supports internal stakeholders in meeting compliance and reporting objectives. Working cross-functionally, the analyst will help gather and validate ESG data, contribute to sustainability disclosures, and support internal processes that reinforce the company’s commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in ESG reporting, environmental data analysis, project management, audit, finance, compliance, or sustainability-related fields.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in environmental data collection or GHG accounting.
Preferred experience supporting assurance or audit processes for ESG data.
Preferred knowledge of sustainability rating systems and reporting tools.
Preferred familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., SASB, GHG Protocol, TCFD, CSRD, CDP).

Responsibilities

Partner with subject matter experts on collection, validation and maintenance of ESG-related data in compliance with sustainability frameworks (e.g., environmental impact, energy use, emissions, and waste).
Support analysis of Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions in coordination with subject matter experts.
Support the preparation of Sustainability and Impact report, required regulatory disclosure reports and dashboards for internal and external use.
Assist in data management and reporting to sustainability ratings and rankings platforms (e.g., CDP, ISS, Ecovadis).
Assist with monitoring and interpreting applicable Sustainability regulations and disclosure standards (e.g., SASB, GHG Protocol, CSRD).
Support the creation and documentation of repeatable processes to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
Help develop processes for upcoming assurance and disclosure requirements and support preparation of associated data and documentation.
Collaborate with departments including operations, supply chain, legal, HR, finance, and others to collect and verify sustainability data.
Support internal education on reporting requirements and assist with answering sustainability-related queries from stakeholders and customers.
Participate in sustainability-related projects and initiatives by tracking progress and helping with execution as needed.
Assist in monitoring and evaluating reporting-related processes and recommending improvements.
