About The Position

As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will work across farms, manufacturing operations, facilities, and sustainability initiatives to help improve how we operate. You will partner with teams throughout the business to turn data into action and action into results. This role is not about creating reports that sit on a shelf. It is about identifying opportunities, solving problems, reducing waste, and driving measurable value across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, agriculture, sustainability, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lead projects forward
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in operational and manufacturing environments

Nice To Haves

• SAP or operational systems exposure
• Environmental compliance or sustainability reporting
• Agriculture, food manufacturing, or continuous improvement environments

Responsibilities

• Analyze sustainability, utility, and operational data from multiple systems
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Lead sustainability and waste-reduction projects
• Partner with facilities, manufacturing excellence, environmental teams, and operations leaders
• Support sustainability reporting, compliance tracking, and customer requests
• Participate in operational and sustainability initiatives across farms and production sites
