Performs a variety of administrative duties to support the Manager of Sustainability. This role involves creating and maintaining a professional office environment, coordinating on-campus Sustainability events, managing time cards for student employees, updating marketing materials and the department website, handling sensitive information, assisting with records for the LMU Bike Shop and LMU Garden, coordinating communication plans with the campus community, assisting with metric tracking and report creation for annual progress, developing relationships with other sustainable campuses, representing LMU Sustainability within the Facilities Management community and at professional organizations, and performing other duties as assigned. The position also requires exhibiting behavior that supports the university's mission, vision, and values, communicating with high standards of professional conduct, and demonstrating a commitment to outstanding customer service.
