About The Position

The Suspension & Tire Technician is an integral part of the service department, helping customers enjoy a safe and smooth ride through tire and leveling installations and repairs. The role involves working with a variety of tire brands and models and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment. The position is suited to someone enthusiastic about automotive work, comfortable working with their hands, and ready to learn.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including alternating Saturdays.
• A valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in leveling/tire installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of automotive services and products.

Responsibilities

• Install and balance tires on a variety of vehicles.
• Perform tire rotations and repairs as needed.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections, including checking tire conditions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the shop.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
