About The Position

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. has an immediate opening for a Suspension Technician in its Race Support Division in Anaheim, California. The role provides technical support for SHOWA suspension used in motorcycle motocross racing and production motorcycle testing. The technician maintains suspension quality through periodic maintenance, conducts testing and race reporting, and shares data with Astemo management. The position also manages suspension parts for race service and researches, tests, and analyzes new suspension valving, components, and design specifications. The technician manages safety while performing work and sets up suspension at racetracks and test tracks with customers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with suspension or chassis work, or dealership customer service support.
• Ability to effectively present information to all levels within the company.
• Willingness to work as part of a team with internal and external partners.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, and to travel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with motocross is preferred.
