About The Position

Surf Nashua of the Michael Timothy's Dining Group is actively seeking a motivated Sushi / Raw Bar Chef to prepare and roll sushi in our Nashua, NH location. Experienced sushi / raw bar chefs can earn $21-25 plus/hour. We provide great benefits and perks, including benefits that start for any employees with schedules from 20 hours per week and up. Requirements

Experience working in a commercial kitchen
Able to work nights and weekends
Excellent communicator
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Manage your time well and prioritize tasks accordingly
Patient and professional with staff and customers

Responsibilities

Prepare and roll sushi
Following recipes with care, you clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with our procedures and health regulations.
Keep stations clean and stocked
Work with servers and other kitchen staff members to complete orders.
Ensure that food is plated well and finished in a timely manner.
Creating the exceptional dishes our guests will love!
