Hai Hospitality is seeking applications for a full-time, entry-level Sushi Prep Cook. This role is designed to provide foundational experience for aspiring sushi chefs, with a strong commitment to internal promotion, training, and guidance. The Sushi Prep Cook will be responsible for the production of ingredients and ensuring the sushi line is set up for success. This includes tasks such as fish fabrication, sauce preparation, vegetable and produce prep, and sushi rice preparation. Hai Hospitality is an emerging, multi-concept restaurant group based in Austin, Texas, operating Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba, and Loro.
