Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods is necessary.
• Must excel in a fast-moving atmosphere where every second counts.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sushi experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of restaurant experience is preferred.
• Dependable team players with flexible availability.
• A handy knowledge of Food and Health codes is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, slicing, and filleting various types of fish and vegetables with precision.
• Inspecting the freshness and quality of our ingredients to ensure top-notch sushi dishes.
• Preparing an array of sushi dishes according to established guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean work environment.
• Sterilizing all tools and equipment before every use.
• Greeting and interacting with guests.
• Taking on other duties as assigned.
