Requirements

• Prior sushi experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of restaurant experience is preferred.
• Dependable team players with flexible availability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to excel in a fast-moving atmosphere.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Right knife skills (even without experience).
• Handy knowledge of Food and Health codes.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, slicing, and filleting various types of fish and vegetables with precision.
• Inspecting the freshness and quality of ingredients to ensure top-notch sushi dishes.
• Preparing an array of sushi dishes according to established guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean work environment.
• Sterilizing all tools and equipment before every use.
• Greeting and interacting with guests.
• Taking on other duties as assigned.
