Our aim is to make members feel as though they are in a private home, enjoying outstanding food and wine surrounded by stunning decor. Maxime’s is the newest private member’s club opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City. We are seeking a talented Sushi Chef de Partie to join our world-class culinary brigade at a high-end Japanese dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in authentic sushi preparation, deep knowledge of traditional Japanese ingredients, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and precision. This role requires both technical mastery and the ability to contribute within a high-performing kitchen team.
