The Survivor Advocacy Program Director provides leadership and oversight for Unbound Now’s Survivor Advocacy Program across Texas and Louisiana. This role involves partnering with Regional Directors (RDs) and Director of Survivor Advocacy (DSAs) to ensure compliance with Unbound Now policies and procedures, effective training for advocacy staff and volunteers (including wellness and self-care), and excellence in service delivery. The Director will develop and maintain strong relationships with statewide partners, support the development of survivor advocacy services in new areas, ensure timely and accurate programmatic reporting for grants, serve as the administrator for the Survivor Advocacy Program on Unbound Now’s case management system, and present on the program and services as needed. The organization is motivated by faith in Jesus and is committed to ending human trafficking through victim identification, survivor support, justice seeking, and system change.
