About The Position

Under the supervision of the East Coast Territory Manager, this position supports the Architectural Terra Cotta Division in all areas of field survey, digital documentation, and drafting of replacement terra cotta units on historic and restoration projects. The position requires the ability to interpret contract documents, accurately capture existing conditions, and translate field and digital survey data into clear drafting deliverables and unit schedules. The role is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3-5 years experience in façade survey, restoration, construction materials, or related field
Experience with photogrammetry and/or 3D laser scanning required
Valid driver's license required
Predictable and regular attendance is required

Nice To Haves

Degree preferred in Architecture, Historic Preservation, Construction, or related field
Architectural terra cotta or historic façade experience strongly preferred
AutoCAD proficiency (3+ years preferred)
Proficient in Applied Mathematics
Autodesk Inventor experience a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) not required but a plus
