The Survey Scheduling Specialist is accountable for coordinating and executing survey scheduling activities across all accreditation and certification programs using advanced scheduling platforms and analytics-driven tools. This role ensures survey events are scheduled proactively, accurately, and on time while supporting departmental financial performance and operational efficiency. The position plays a key role in balancing survey demand, surveyor availability, and cost controls to achieve monthly and annual organizational goals. This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the Oakbrook Terrace corporate office.
