Applies knowledge of surveying and geodesy to investigate, evaluate, interpret, and certify documents related to property rights of the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) Electrical System Cadaster, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and reliable land management. Conducts field visits and researcher cadaster documents, evaluates legal and historical records, survey maps, plans, and drawings applying Geospatial Science and Technology, and corroborates survey data and deliverables to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and issuance of easement or legal rights certifications for the system. Represents the organization in court as an expert or witness to interpret certifications issued and resolve matters related to easement or property rights of the system, ensuring legal compliance and supporting organizational interests. Develops and implements procedures for retaining and managing original land documents, establishes methodologies for their controlled use, and proposes contingency plans to mitigate risks and maintain compliance in case of document loss. Provides expertise in cadastral management and geospatial analysis to support the development and implementation of effective solutions. Monitors compliance and process effectiveness to ensure alignment with policies and continuous improvement. Delivers training and guidance to stakeholders to enhance understanding and adoption of best practices. Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations. Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services. Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
