About The Position
Growing engineering firm is looking for a talented Land Surveyor for their Grand Forks office! This role involves providing leadership to the land survey team, meeting tight deadlines while balancing multiple projects, assisting with business/client development and proposal completion, providing direct supervision, scheduling staff, and ensuring quality control. The position also requires following site safety regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of land surveying experience
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
- Strong knowledge of boundary law, construction surveying, and local land use regulations
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and Leica or Topcon workflows
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and client relationships
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
