About The Position

Dewberry is currently seeking responsible, highly motivated, and detail oriented individuals to join our Daphne, AL office as a Surverying Intern for Summer 2026. An Intern Surveyor must be able to work in a team environment as a member of a survey crew assisting in the performance of boundary, ALTA, topographic, right-of way acquisition, transmission line, transportation, land development and construction surveys utilizing the latest equipment and surveying technology. Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering, GIS, or Planning
Must have good Mathematical skills
Must have basic computer skills
Must have good communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving record check
Must be physically able to work outdoors and on construction sites under all weather conditions; able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work overtime as required
Must be willing and able to travel for extended periods
