From prepping and testing to troubleshooting and delivering, you'll be immersed in the latest advancements in surveying and geospatial technology.

Requirements

  • Experience with Trimble survey, construction, or MGIS products and software is essential.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate experience is required.
  • Ability to speak in a professional manner and communicate well via phone, email or in person.
  • Computer Literate – MS Office preferred.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a track record of meeting all weekly and monthly goals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with the latest Trimble technologies to ensure each unit is optimized and ready for field deployment.
  • Coordinate rental requests with customers and the sales team via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage rental tracking using Microsoft Business Central.
  • Execute pre-rental inspections and quality assurance testing for all outgoing equipment kits.
  • Perform post-rental inspections on all returned equipment, identifying and documenting any issues or damages.
  • Oversee the entire shipping and receiving process for all rental gear.
  • Ensure all company QA/QC measures are followed and achieved, including loading operating systems, software, firmware, system files, preset settings, and licenses on appropriate devices.
  • Test all equipment to ensure it is fully functional and ready for use upon receipt by the customer.
  • Work closely with our sales and operation teams to ensure delivery deadlines are achieved.
  • Support our mission to lead in geospatial excellence by assisting in operations and customer interactions with professionalism and technical expertise.
  • Resolve a variety of technical issues for walk-in clients, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.
  • Work closely with our operation and supply teams to achieve inventory compliance and maintain inventory control.
