About The Position

Dewberry's Panama City, FL offie is looking for an energetic Senior Licensed Land Survey Project Manager to work collaboratively with a team on a variety of tasks associated with United States Department of Agriculture National Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS) land survey reviews. This role has the opportunity to be remote, on-site or hybrid depending on experience. Requirements

  • Registered Professional Land Surveyor.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in all aspects of land surveying, including project management experience.
  • A successful track record in the surveying and related mapping industry.
  • Effective team building skills.
  • Experience with USDA is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
  • Knowledge of ESRI GIS software a plus.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license in order to operate company vehicle.
  • Must be able to pass drug/alcohol screening.

Nice To Haves

  • AAS or BS Degree in Surveying is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with USDA staff.
  • Create weekly production schedules.
  • Collaborate proactively and productively with other USDA team members.
  • Monitor project schedules and coordinate schedule and expectation with internal project staff.
  • Manage and coordinate projects with multiple team members.
