About The Position

Guidepoint’s Market Research Team is hiring a Survey Fieldwork Specialist to scope feasibility, conduct outreach, and recruit respondents for online quantitative global market research studies. The role is an individual contributor position with no people-management responsibilities and requires working hours aligned with colleagues on the U.S. East Coast. It may be based in a hybrid arrangement from Guidepoint’s Mumbai or Pune office in India, or remotely. The specialist coordinates survey outreach and recruitment from feasibility and audience design through fieldwork monitoring and project updates. This includes building targeted respondent lists, working with internal and external recruitment partners, troubleshooting slower projects, and supporting pricing and feasibility requests. The role may also involve configuring Qualtrics redirects for surveys hosted on third-party platforms and coordinating with clients and vendors to meet respondent compliance and legal standards.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating and scheduling email outreach to potential respondents for market research studies and monitoring and troubleshooting surveys in field.
  • Comfort drafting localized English-language marketing and outreach messages to maximize response rates, with language and timing tailored to respondents’ job and demographic profiles.
  • Experience designing and scoping quantitative B2B research projects.
  • Experience navigating searchable databases to assess recruitment feasibility and build participant email lists based on targeting criteria.
  • Comfort with Qualtrics, Forsta, or other common survey distribution tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience conducting quantitative research among medical or biopharma professionals is preferred.

  • Send invitations to survey respondents to participate in custom surveys for Guidepoint’s market research team.

  • Monitor and respond to internal and client requests for custom quantitative survey projects; collect requirements and inputs to provide timely, accurate pricing and feasibility assessments.
  • Search respondent and past-project databases, and coordinate with recruitment partners, to assess audience reach and price points for specific targeting needs.
  • Consult with research analysts and team leads, drawing on past project experience to recommend audience designs that meet client needs and support successful research outcomes.
  • Share recruitment pricing proposals directly with prospective clients or with internal teams for inclusion in larger engagements.
  • When needed, set up redirects in Qualtrics and coordinate with end-clients and third-party survey hosting vendors so respondents can access and complete externally hosted surveys in accordance with Guidepoint’s compliance and legal standards.
  • Communicate project status and questions with project managers and, as needed, end-clients through instant messaging, video calls, and project management platforms.
  • Perform other duties as required.
