About The Position

National Engineering & Architectural Services Inc. (NEAS Inc.) is searching for a Survey CADD Tech to join their expanding survey department. Requirements

• 3+ Years’ Experience
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Capable of learning and retaining information
• Detail oriented and organized individual

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ODOT projects
• Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads & Geopak

Responsibilities

• Perform survey computations
• Perform data reduction
• Compile backup documentation
• Create Excel spreadsheets
• Prepare survey drawings to include Record of Survey plats, Right-of-Way (ROW) plans and parcel plats
• Minor amount of field work may be required depending on project demands
