About The Position

Cardinal Civil Resources is currently looking for an employee with high integrity and an excellent attention to detail to fill a position as a CADD Tech. The ideal candidate would serve as a Survey CADD Operator and possess a superior skill set. This role involves performing office duties such as data reduction, field note reduction, calculations, data checks, and staking computations using survey computer programs and IntelliCAD. Daily CADD production is required to complete Boundary, Topographic, and House Location Surveys, as well as drafting Grading Plans, Easement Plats, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is required
• Background in math, geometry, and trigonometry
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Previous experience working in Civil Engineering environment
• Knowledge of Carlson Civil Suites with IntelliCAD is required
• Possess good interpersonal skills, and effective written and oral communication skills
• Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential requirements
• Valid driver's license with insurable record
• Background Check and Drug Testing Required

Responsibilities
