Survey AutoCAD Technician
About The Position
We are looking for a CAD Technician to work in our Survey department. As a Drafter, you will work with our engineers performing tasks such as preparing a variety of surveys utilizing survey data collected in the field, including topographic, boundary, ALTA, subdivision plats, construction staking, easements, right-of-ways, and as-built surveys. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting property legal descriptions and related survey records. Survey projects will encompass residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and oil and gas sectors.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil3D
- Technical school degree and/or coursework in land surveying or civil engineering related drafting preferred
- Enthusiastic to contribute to a growing company and motivated to learn
- Attention to detail and a willingness to complete projects within deadlines
