About The Position

OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring Survey Agents in Nevada! Looking for a call center opportunity without sales or selling products? Join our team as a Survey Agent conducting telephone surveys and gathering valuable feedback from respondents. We offer paid training, a quick start, and the opportunity to work from home once you are successfully handling calls independently. This is a temporary, on-call opportunity that is a great fit for dependable people with flexible availability.

Requirements

Must currently reside in Nevada
Clear and professional communication skills
Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
Ability to read and follow a script accurately
Strong listening and data-entry skills
Dependable, responsive, and able to work when scheduled
Comfortable performing repetitive, call-based work
Ability to maintain focus and accuracy throughout your shift
Candidates interested in working from home must have: Their own computer equipment
Reliable internet; a hardwired Ethernet connection is recommended
A quiet, distraction-free workspace
Ability to attend and complete the required on-site training period

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to conduct customer service and political opinion survey
Read survey questions from a provided script
Listen carefully and accurately enter respondents' answers
Maintain a professional and friendly approach on every call
Complete survey calls efficiently and accurately
