About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Surveillance Security Officer (GSOC) to join their team. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, as you will be responsible for monitoring screens and spotting threats before they escalate. The position is based in Tampa, FL, and requires open availability for any shift, any day. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $23.50/HR, with DailyPay available. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED.
• Ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Ability to obtain a Class D Security License.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience as Command Center Dispatch/Operator OR High Volume Call Center.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
