About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer for its Goodlettsville, Tennessee site. The role involves monitoring security systems and screens to identify suspicious activity and spot threats before they escalate. The officer also documents incidents, responds to potential threats, patrols the premises, controls access to secure areas, and helps protect people and property.

The position offers two full-time evening schedules: Wednesday through Sunday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., or Sunday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Pay is $16.00 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a state license if required.
