About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Findlay, Ohio. The role involves monitoring security systems and observing environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses to spot threats before they escalate. The officer will help protect people and property by detecting suspicious activity, responding to incidents, controlling access, conducting patrols, and documenting events.

This is a full-time, third-shift position on a Wednesday-through-Sunday schedule, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The hourly wage is $18. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
