About The Position
Monitor table game activity and slot machine usage. Observe cash transactions in count rooms and cage areas. Maintain appropriate logs and documentation. Maintain equipment failure reports and ensure Surveillance Technicians are notified of any problems with equipment. Monitor all areas of casino, parking lots and adjacent areas. Assist in investigating violations and conflict resolution. Communicate with all other departments in facility via radio and/or phone. Complete reports on any illegal activity or violations.
