About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining surveillance on designated areas and activities, observing irregular activity as required. The Surveillance Operator will operate all surveillance equipment, including monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras. The position involves providing CCTV and personal observations of all departments and applicable job functions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Adherence to attendance guidelines and regulatory, departmental, and company policies is essential.

Requirements

• Must be familiar with camera equipment and those methods of operation and recording as required.
• Must be able to identify those cheating methods, and other irregular activities.
• Must be able to successfully pass written and/or oral tests on a periodic basis, displaying knowledge of all facets of the Gaming Operation.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess excellent basic math skills.
• Must be able to obtain an Ohio Lottery Commission license.
