About The Position

The Surveillance Operator is responsible for maintaining surveillance on designated areas and activities, observing irregular activity, and operating surveillance equipment. This role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures through CCTV and personal observations of all departments and job functions. The position requires adherence to attendance guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be familiar with camera equipment and those methods of operation and recording as required.
• Must be able to identify those cheating methods, and other irregular activities.
• Must be able to successfully pass written and/or oral tests on a periodic basis, displaying knowledge of all facets of the Gaming Operation.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess excellent basic math skills.
• Must be able to obtain an Ohio Lottery Commission license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains surveillance on designated areas and activities.
• Observes irregular activity as required.
• Operates all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras as assigned.
• Provides CCTV and personal observations of all departments and applicable job functions to assure that all company policies and procedures are met with compliance.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
