About The Position

Join our team as a Surveillance Operator! You'll be responsible for video monitoring of key areas across the property, ensuring security and compliance. Duties include observing casino activities, identifying and documenting illegal or unusual actions, and reporting to supervisors or authorities. Requirements

• Attention to detail, professionalism, and adherence to all policies.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Must possess intermediate PC skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work all days and shifts on short notice.
• The employee will be required to sit for extended periods of time.
• Employee must be able to talk and hear in order to ensure proper communication.
• This job requires strong vision skills, including close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Office products experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict adherence to the confidentiality of all departmental and PID information.
• Maintain close observation on all casino activities from the monitoring system.
• Utilize necessary equipment to identify, record and document illegal and unusual activities occurring in the casino slot areas, table games areas, cage areas, and other money handling facilities.
• Report all illegal and unusual activities to the supervisor on duty or other appropriate authorities as necessary.
• Know all PGCB regulations, as well as PID internal controls and standard operating procedures.
• No Team Member who works in Surveillance is permitted to be in a familial or dating relationship with any other Team Member.
