About The Position

We are seeking a highly professional and exceptionally diligent Surveillance Operator to join our dedicated team. Among these responsibilities, you will conduct reviews and investigations into customer and staff claims, including theft, misconduct, aggressive behavior, and policy violations. You will be responsible for monitoring gaming and non-gaming areas, verifying incident details, and providing accurate, unbiased reports to support internal decision-making and protect the integrity of operations. This position requires a steadfast commitment to professional conduct, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to operate effectively within a structured and disciplined framework. Requirements

2 years minimum experience in a professional surveillance capacity, working in a gaming environment, or management role.
The ability to remain composed, objective, and effective under pressure. We seek a mature professional who contributes to a respectful and focused team environment.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, combined with mathematical skills, and the capacity to make sound, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
A high degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion is paramount. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost responsibility is non-negotiable.
A strong command of modern surveillance systems and related technologies.
Elite observational skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively monitor multiple, complex situations simultaneously while maintaining focus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a distinct emphasis on clarity, precision, and objectivity in all correspondence.
A self-directed professional who takes complete ownership of their responsibilities, is accountable for their performance, and is focused on solutions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Poker, as well as an understanding of gaming operations, is an asset.

Responsibilities

Vigilantly and meticulously monitor all gaming areas, Poker tables, cash handling zones, and EGD machine operations to proactively identify and analyze any procedural deviations, irregularities, or potential risks.
Author clear, concise, and highly accurate incident reports in English. Grammar, spelling, and punctuation are essential, as these documents serve as official records for internal review and reference.
Partner effectively with floor management teams and security to create a secure environment, acting as a key resource in the prevention or review of theft, cheating, aggression, or suspicious activities.
Conducts impartial and meticulous video investigations to establish a clear, factual, and unbiased account of specific incidents. The resulting report serves as the primary source of truth, providing leadership with the objective evidence necessary to make informed and critical decisions.
Learn, cultivate, and maintain an expert-level understanding of all table games, payoffs, potential cheating methodologies, gaming strategies, and surveillance techniques to ensure effective and informed monitoring capabilities.
While using our radios and office phones, Surveillance delivers clear, precise, and timely observations, advisements, and updates to Security and Management on the floor. Communication between operators and leadership in the office is equally critical, requiring professionalism and accuracy, to ensure supervisors can respond decisively to developing situations.
