About The Position

This is a full-time Surveillance Officer position. The role involves understanding and responding to internal guests' needs, communicating in a friendly, respectful, and understandable manner, and providing consistent, timely, and accurate information. The officer will use outlined service behaviors, meet expected service delivery times, and be a team player, cooperating with colleagues within and across departments. They will speak positively about the company, co-workers, and guests. A key responsibility is maintaining surveillance on designated areas and activities, assisting with training new officers, and recording any irregular activity as required. Employees must adhere to regulations set forth in N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.10 and 1.11 and sign an acknowledgment of these regulatory requirements prior to employment in the Surveillance Department. The work environment is diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven, requiring multi-project coordination, prioritizing, and flexibility to accommodate last-minute requests and changes. Requirements

  • Must sign an acknowledgement of regulatory requirements (N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.10 and 1.11) prior to employment in the Surveillance Department.

  • Maintains surveillance on designated areas and activities.
  • Assists with training of new Surveillance officer according to standard operating procedures.
  • Records any irregular activity as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
