This is a full-time Surveillance Officer position. The role involves understanding and responding to internal guests' needs, communicating in a friendly, respectful, and understandable manner, and providing consistent, timely, and accurate information. The officer will use outlined service behaviors when encountering guests and meet expected service delivery times. Teamwork and positive communication about the company, co-workers, and guests are essential. The position requires maintaining surveillance on designated areas and activities, assisting with training new Surveillance Officers, and recording any irregular activity as required. Employees must adhere to regulations set forth in N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.10 and 1.11 and sign an acknowledgment of these regulatory requirements prior to employment in the Surveillance Department.
