About The Position

As a Surveillance Agent at River City Casino & Hotel, you will participate in investigations independently and collaboratively, operate CCTV and other data systems, and communicate effectively with coworkers at all organizational levels. The role requires confidentiality, professionalism, and proactive, strategic handling of situations. The position involves remaining in a confined room for extended periods. The listed pay is $18.00 per hour, and the shift is swing, 3 PM–11 PM.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Correctable 20/20 vision with normal color acuity.
• Written, mathematics, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency and literacy in English.

Nice To Haves

• Background in CCTV, PC applications, electronic gaming, and electronic media.
• Thorough knowledge of casino games and operations, cheating, scams, card counting, and player evaluations.
