WE LOVE OUR WORK. Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. Responsible for physical and video surveillance of the activities of customers and employees in all gaming and money handling areas. Maintains surveillance watch of designated area and activities; records any irregular activity as required. Reports verbally and in writing any violations of Gaming Regulations or company policies and procedures as well as any safety considerations to the appropriate supervisor or manager. Reports and offers solutions for any area of vulnerability to loss from internal or external sources. Maintains thorough knowledge of and compliance with Gaming Regulations, company policies, and departmental procedures. Works on special projects and investigations as assigned by supervisor. Reviews tapes on gaming in cases of player/dealer disputes. Completes daily activity report: notes pertinent facts (e.g., large cash outs, fills, credits) and/or incidents. Monitors recording equipment: changes tapes, checks equipment operation and time/date generators. Maintains cleanliness of room and equipment. Observes slot drops, table drops, kiosk fills, and other required procedures regulated by the indiana Gaming Commission. Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker. Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff. Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
