WE LOVE OUR WORK. MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Observe and report on all areas under surveillance to ensure compliance with the Hotel and Casino’s in-house Regulation “6”, Gaming Control Board Regulations, and in-house gaming policies and procedures. Record and observe casino games, sports book, count rooms, slots, keno, bar areas and casino cage, cashier areas including all money transactions. Know basic strategy of all games and the count(s). Write all necessary incident reports. Communicate with Casino, Cage, Security and Slot Management with any relative information. Rotate all video tapes when necessary. Perform technical maintenance, as required. Present self in a professional manner possessing a team attitude at all times. Must provide courteous and friendly service to all guests, staff and co-workers. Perform related work as requested.
