They are seeking a passionate, driven, and relationship-focused Surrogate Advisor to join their Intake Sales Department. This role is crucial in helping prospective surrogates start their journey and supports the company's growth. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, admissions, or another quota-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone engaging with prospective clients
  • Experience working with CRM systems or shared databases
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual and team lead conversion goals
  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume sales funnel through consistent outreach and follow-up efforts
  • Build rapport with prospective surrogates through phone calls, text messaging, and email communication
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by combining a passion for family building and surrogacy with exceptional client service
  • Guide potential surrogates through the early stages of the application and intake process
  • Review initial applications and obtain any necessary follow-up information or clarification
  • Prepare and organize prescreening documentation for the social work team to complete comprehensive screenings
  • Track surrogate progress throughout each stage of the intake and screening process to ensure movement toward departmental goals
  • Accurately maintain and update client information within the company database and tracking systems
  • Collaborate closely with the Matching and Social Work teams to support the surrogate matching process with intended parents
  • Work cross-functionally to streamline workflows and ensure accuracy of information across departments
  • Represent the organization professionally in all interactions with surrogates, intended parents, and internal stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
