Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma; an associate in Allied Health or a related field is required.
- Certified Surgical Technologist certification.
- At least three years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven.
Nice To Haves
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Teach Surgical Technology courses.
- Provide academic advising to students.
- Assist the program director.
- Participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.
