Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma; an associate in Allied Health or a related field is required
- Certifications: Certified Surgical Technologist
- At least three years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
Nice To Haves
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Teach Surgical Technology courses
- Provide academic advising to students
- Assist the program director
- Participate in department training, meetings, and graduation
