Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma
- An associate degree is required and can be in any discipline
- NBSTSA - CST and/or NCCT - TS-C certification
- At least three years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
Nice To Haves
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience
Responsibilities
- Teach Surgical Technology courses
- Provide academic advising to students
- Participate in department training, meetings, and graduation
