About The Position

Functions as a member of the surgical team under the direction of the registered nurse. Performs scrub functions and other roles, which support the perioperative plan of care. Assures the provision of comfort, safety and quality perioperative care for the patient.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a program of Surgical Technician
• Must be a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
• Must maintain active BCLS
• Must obtain BLS within 30 days of hire
