CST - Surgical Technologist (Casual/As Needed) - Day Shift

About The Position

Essentia Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to serve at Holy Trinity Hospital in Graceville, Minnesota. This CST works on an as needed basis, picking up shifts to support the surgery department. A commitment to work every other Tuesday is required.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions under the supervision of an RN in providing technical interventions in the Operating Room to patients of all ages.
• Responsible for tasks relating to instrumentation, equipment, prosthesis, and supplies.
• May perform other duties as assigned by the department.
