About The Position

This position is for a Surgical Technologist working primarily in the inpatient main operating room at a Level II trauma center. The role may also require floating to an outpatient same-day surgery center as needed. The position uses 10-hour shifts with varied schedules and days off; weekend work may be required, and no call is required. Holiday coverage is required.

Requirements

• At least one year of recent hospital experience as a Surgical Technologist, or completion of an accredited Operating Room Technician course.
• Current CPR certification (BLS/BCLS).
• Experience in a Level II trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily in the inpatient main operating room.
• Float to an outpatient same-day surgery center as needed.
• Provide holiday coverage.
