About The Position

Overlake Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support Labor and Delivery. The role calls for an experienced team member with strong clinical skills who can multitask, stay organized, and provide efficient, compassionate care. The technologist will scrub for surgical cesarean sections, help stock the department, and assist with vaginal deliveries. This position is part-time at 0.75 FTE, with 12-hour day shifts. The posted hourly pay range is $35.98–$53.97.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Surgical Technologist licensure in the State of Washington.
• Healthcare provider CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• For the Certified Surgical Technologist qualification track, NBSTSA certification and one year of Labor & Delivery OR experience are required.

Nice To Haves

• NBSTSA certification is preferred for the Surgical Technologist qualification track.
• One to two years of Labor & Delivery OR experience is preferred for the Surgical Technologist qualification track.

Responsibilities
