Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Responsibilities

Prepare the surgical environment with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all sterile and non-sterile instruments and supplies are perfectly staged for seamless procedure execution.
Anticipate and deliver the precise instruments and supplies required by the surgeon throughout the procedure, maintaining a fluid and efficient operative rhythm.
Support patient care journeys by actively assisting with the safe preparation, transportation, positioning, and draping of patients, prioritizing their comfort and safety at every stage.
Guard patient safety by maintaining a highly organized surgical field and rigorously tracking instrument counts to ensure flawless procedural accuracy.
Collaborate closely with the surgical team by assisting surgeons with hemostasis, directly contributing to optimal clinical outcomes during critical moments.
