About The Position

The Surgical Technician provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN, proactively anticipating the needs of patients and families. The role individualizes and modifies care according to patient needs and collaborates with other healthcare employees to enhance patient care. The Surgical Technician assumes a multi-skilled role, performing clinical and surgical functions as an integral member of the primary patient care team. The Surgical Technologist CSOT2 floats between 2–3 metro hospital locations to meet staffing needs.

Requirements

• 1 year of applicable experience.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
