Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program
- 1 year of surgical tech or OR work experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Must be able to work in stressful environment
Nice To Haves
- CST certification preferred
- Previous surgical technologist experience preferred
- Manual dexterity
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the surgical care of the labor and delivery patient maintaining an aseptic environment.
- Ensure that all required instrumentation, supplies and equipment are readily available.
- Assist with room turnover between scheduled cases.
