Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist training program – Surgical Technology, Or Coursework/Training: Successfully completing a Providence in-house training program and obtain the relevant state license/certification.
- Washington Surgical Technologist Registration
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

- Experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care facility
