The Surgical Technologist 2 is a certified and educated individual who performs surgical technology services contributing to safe, quality, and fiscally responsible patient care. This role operates with minimal guidance, seeking assistance when necessary. The East Campus OR serves patients undergoing Gynecology, General, Urology, Robotics, Oncology, Orthopedics (Joint Replacements, Sports medicine, and Oncology), Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastic, and Interventional Pulmonology surgical procedures. Staff work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts and cover call on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays.
