About The Position
Seeking a Surgical Tech for a Full-Time position at Baptist Health Floyd, Surgical Services. The role involves working as part of a team to deliver surgical care, anticipating the surgeon's needs to ensure smooth and efficient procedures. This is an opportunity to work in a regional, non-profit, community hospital with an excellent working environment and opportunities for continued education.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Must obtain Certified Surgical Technologist Credential administered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) within one year of hire – in lieu of certification, 10 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist is required.
- BLS for Healthcare Provider from AHA, ARC, or AHSI within 30 days of hire.

- One year OR experience preferred.
